HomeCorp engaged LIFT to evolve their aging branding and bring it into better harmony with the luxury properties they build and manage.
Creative Solution
LIFT created a new corporate logo and several logos for communities currently underway or soon to break ground. We developed a plan to redesign their corporate website and their constellation of resident-facing community websites. Each community HomeCorp develops is architecturally and visually unique and the websites we created has its own personality while maintaining a sold connection to the overarching brand.
